FOR WIDOWS WONDERING WHAT COMES NEXTLife didn’t unfold the way we imagined.
You’ve learned how to keep going.
But surviving a life you never expected and knowing how you want to live it are two different things.
YOU ARE STILL HEREThe question becomes: What now?
Somewhere along the way, it may have become harder to know where you fit inside the life you’ve worked so hard to keep going.
You don’t need to have the answers yet. You may simply need a place to be honest about what you miss, what you want, what scares you, and what might still be possible—alongside women asking some of the same questions.
A DIFFERENT KIND OF SPACE FOR WIDOWSGrief belongs here. But so does everything else.
What you want.
Who you are now.
What you’re allowed to hope for.
both sides of the room
For more than twenty years, I’ve sat on one side of the room as a psychotherapist, helping people navigate some of the most difficult parts of their lives. Then I found myself on the other side.
I became a widow. And everything I understood professionally had to make room for what I was coming to know personally.
There are things we can understand about grief. And there are things we can only know by living them.
Grief can remain part of your story without becoming the whole story.
LIFE BEYOND SURVIVING
Loss changes us. Coming back to yourself is not about returning to who you were before. It is about creating a life that can hold what has been lost—and what is still becoming.
coming back to yourself
Some parts of your life may still feel true; others may no longer fit in quite the same way. Together, we can notice what you want to carry forward, what you may be ready to release, and what deserves room now.
making room for a life that fits
You didn’t get to choose what happened. But you still have a say in the life you build from here—in what you want, what you value, and the choices that are yours to make. Not because grief is finished, but because this is still your life.
